YOU KNOW YOU NEED TO MOVE.THE HARD PART IS MAKING IT STICK.
Fitness rarely fails because people don't know better. It fails when every workout is yours to plan and life gets in the way. At Vibes, every class is coach-led and already planned. Your only job is to show up.
Kickboxing, strength & conditioning · First class free · From $99/month · No experience needed
Normally $119/month · $99/month ends September 30
What's Making Fitness Hard Right Now?
Pick the one that sounds most like you. No email, no quiz. Just a straight answer.
Motivation Isn't The System.
Motivation comes and goes. Work gets busy, a kid gets sick, and any plan that depended on you feeling like it falls apart. That isn't a character flaw. It's a design flaw. A sustainable approach doesn't ask you to feel motivated. It gives you a place to be, a coach who already knows what you're doing, and a way to see it adding up.
- 01
Show up.
Book the class. A coach is expecting you.
- 02
Know what you’re doing.
Every round explained and demoed, then scaled to you.
- 03
Make progress.
Attendance and habits tracked in the app. Strength that shows up in the numbers.
- 04
Repeat.
Same time next week. That is the whole trick.
Honestly one of the most unique and best gym experiences in the mid cities area. The staff works with you every step of the way and are beyond incredible and friendly.

Not Just Kickboxing.
Not Just Lifting.
Every class is 45 minutes, coach-led, and scaled to you. Kickboxing is in every class; the format changes what is built around it. What do you care about most?

All kickboxing: rounds on the bag from start to finish. Punches, kicks, combos, taught from the basics.

Kickboxing rounds mixed into circuits that build stamina. No treadmill in sight.

Dumbbells, kettlebells and coached lifting, with kickboxing rounds built in.
45 minutes · Barefoot or socks · Bring water · Loaner gloves usually available
The classes are fun and challenging, but cater to all experience levels. I highly recommend checking it out.

How Much Support
Do You Want?
Every level is unlimited coach-led classes. What changes is how far ahead you can book, and whether a coach is in your corner. Which sounds most like you?
All four levels
$99/month on Essentials through September 30. Complete a free beginner class and enroll by then to lock it in.
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. $99 deposit at signup, credited to your last month.
How booking works
Every spot is first come, first served. Your level decides how far ahead you can book. A reserve-ahead lets you book a class up to two weeks out; Essentials includes one a week, higher levels include more, and they don't roll over. Once your reserve-aheads for the week are used, Extra training is unlimited: you can take any class with open space within the next few classes on the schedule: the next 1 class on Essentials, up to the next 4 on Acceleration. That window rolls forward, so the moment one class starts, the next one opens to you. If your week is flexible, Essentials is plenty. If you want the same Tuesday 6 PM every week, book it early with a reserve-ahead and the spot is yours.
Membership terms
Memberships are 12-month agreements that continue month-to-month after the first year. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel inside the first 12 months there's a $97 early-cancellation fee, which we waive if you do a 15-minute exit conversation with us. Your first payment is your first month plus a $99 deposit that's credited toward your final month. On Essentials, that's $198 today, then $99/month.
Try a free beginner class first. Join only if you love it.

You get quality attention from a trainer, which normally would cost an arm and a leg. The value here is unreal.
I've had knee trouble for most of my life — they created a custom approach to work out my legs without any negative impact. First time in years my legs feel strong.
The People
You’ll Train With.
Every class ends like this: a group photo of the people who showed up.

Every single person that works at Vibes genuinely cares about the members. The most positive gym you'll ever find.
We've Got
Answers.
No. The free beginner class is built for first-timers, and every regular class is coach-led and scaled to you. Most members started exactly where you are.
You'll get a quick tour, then a coach explains what's about to happen: a short warm-up, four one-minute rounds on the heavy bag, one strength and conditioning circuit, and a cooldown stretch. It's about 30 minutes of actual working out, plus the tour and a chat about what's next. We train barefoot or in socks, so just bring water.
Every membership includes unlimited classes. Essentials is $99/month (normally $119, promotional through September 30), Momentum $147, Performance $197, and Acceleration (which adds coaching and Ascension) is $249. The difference between levels is how many classes you can reserve ahead each week and how far ahead your Extra training window reaches.
Complete a free beginner class and enroll on or before September 30. Both have to happen by that date, so a class booked after September 30 won't qualify. After that, Essentials goes back to $119/month.
Every spot is first come, first served. Your level just decides how many spots you can lock in ahead of time and how far out you can book after that. If your week is flexible, Essentials is plenty: one reserve-ahead a week, plus unlimited Extra training into the next class on the schedule any time it has space. Higher levels reach further out, up to the next 4 classes on Acceleration. If you want the same Tuesday 6 PM spot every week, a reserve-ahead lets you book it up to two weeks out. Coaching is only on Acceleration.
Every class is first come, first served once it fills. A reserve-ahead just lets you book up to two weeks early, so the classes you want rarely fill on you. Beyond those, Extra training opens the next 1 to 4 classes on the schedule, depending on your level, to anything with space. Once you've booked a spot, it's yours. The app shows live availability, and most classes have room.
At a regular gym you're on your own. Here every class is led by a coach who explains each round, demos the movement, and adjusts it to you. You're never choosing between classes: unlimited means every class is yours. If you want more support, Acceleration adds coaching.
